I’ve been fortunate to observe this beautiful act of honoring legacy multiple times throughout my career, but a recent anniversary has brought this blessing into sharp focus for me.
Next month marks five years since Charlotte, North Carolina lost one of its finest citizens, Steve Kinsler. Steve was tragically among the early victims of COVID in our city, leaving behind not just memories but several thriving mastermind groups he had carefully cultivated over the years.
What happened next demonstrates the profound impact one person can have, even after they’re gone. Rob Quadriglia stepped forward and picked up the torch that Steve had lit. He refused to let one particular group dissolve, instead breathing new life into it and renaming it the Kinsler Circle in honor of its founder.
The Ripple Effect of Continuing Someone’s Legacy
This act of continuation creates several powerful outcomes:
