Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of India’s economy.

MLA Jagmohan Anand emphasized this at an event organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Karnal on International MSME Day. MLA Anand said that for India to become self-reliant, youth must move towards entrepreneurship and self-employment.

Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the government has launched many initiatives to support MSMEs. These focus on financial aid, technology, skills, and market access. MSMEs provide a platform for innovation and trying out new ideas and products.

They play a big role in creating jobs and spreading economic growth.

This is especially true in rural and semi-urban areas where they reduce unemployment.

MLA Anand called on young people to take advantage of government schemes. He encouraged them to become entrepreneurs as a way to achieve personal success and contribute to national development. The event was attended by several distinguished guests.

The government is running many schemes to ensure all entrepreneurs can benefit and help make India self-reliant. MLA Anand stressed that MSMEs are vital to realizing the dream of Prime Minister Modi’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.
